Biodegradable Plastic Twin Screw Compounding & Pelletizing Line
Function
This production line covers the core pelletizing and modification stage of biodegradable plastic recycling chain. Waste biodegradable plastics first go through shredding, crushing, impurity removal, washing and drying procedures.Clean dry scraps are transported to this twin-screw compounding system.
Equipped with independent precision metering units, the system can steadily feed recycled biodegradable scraps together with starch fillers, additives and glycerol plasticizer. The modular twin-screw main extruder adopts high-torque gearbox, wear-resistant & corrosion-resistant barrel and screws to ensure stable plasticization and uniform mixing.
The advanced underwater pelletizing system continuously produces regular oval pellets. The fully enclosed operation structure prevents dust and waste gas leakage. Complete downstream auxiliary machines carry out homogenization, screening, cooling, drying and automatic packaging in one continuous workflow. The finished modified biodegradable recycled pellets can be reused for biodegradable packaging manufacturing.
This compounding system can also be integrated with upstream recycling equipment to form a complete biodegradable plastic recycling and material modification solution.

PET Sheet Twin Screw Extrusion Line
Function
This line acts as the deep-processing forming unit in closed-loop PET recycling. Waste PET bottles, PET films and PET production scrap and offcuts are processed by shredders, crushers and washing systems to get dry clean PET flakes.
The twin-screw PET sheet extruder can directly plasticize recycled PET flakes without complicated SSP solid-state polycondensation treatment. After melting, extrusion, calendering and cooling, recycled PET raw materials are manufactured into continuous PET sheets. The sheets can be further thermoformed into packaging products, supporting closed-loop PET recycling.
High automation and stable extrusion performance support long-time continuous production with mixed virgin PET and recycled PET flakes.

Function
This blow molding machine realizes finished hollow product manufacturing in polyolefin recycling downstream industry. After waste HDPE and PP production scrap are shredded, cleaned and pelletized, recycled polyolefin pellets can be used as raw materials.
The equipment conducts extrusion blow molding to produce hollow automotive plastic components. Qualified recycled plastic granules can be used to manufacture automotive hollow parts while reducing virgin material consumption and maintaining production quality.Stable extrusion control guarantees uniform wall thickness of hollow products, suitable for mass production using recycled polyolefin materials.
This energy-saving high-speed extrusion line is the terminal forming equipment for polyolefin recycling industry. Waste HDPE and PP plastic waste are treated via shredding, crushing, washing, drying and pelletizing to produce qualified recycled HDPE/PP pellets.
Developed based on European mature technology, the extrusion line can adopt recycled polyolefin pellets or the blend of recycled and virgin materials as raw materials to extrude various specifications of HDPE pipes, including water supply pipes and marine engineering pipelines.
